Appeal

In the Appeal stage of the criminal process the Convict or his or her Representative applies to a higher Court to reverse the Decision of the lower court on certain Grounds. The defense plans to appeal the court's decision on the grounds that the judge violated Code 81.b . John Michaels will appeal his conviction .
