Institutions

This frame concerns permanent organizations (the Institutions) with a public character, meaning that they are intended to affect the lives of the public at large in a particular Domain. In some cases, most or all members of the public have a direct relationship with the Institution, but in many cases, the effect on the populace is indirect.
