A Claimant asserts his or her right to possession of a piece of Property (either real, such as land, or private). The Claimant may be acting on the behalf of a Beneficiary. The King claims this land and surrounding waters. Hoping to strike it rich, Thaddeus Gulch staked his claim by the river bed. I have dibs on the last piece of cake.
