Dynamic_situation_scenario

This frame denotes simple Events in which an Entity is in a dynamic situation, usually punctually or continually changing to conform to the situation encoded in the Event_endstate. This frame also covers situations in which there is no significant difference between the pre- and post-states, but the dynamic situation that occurs between them is notably temporally bounded.
