Operate_vehicle_scenario

This frame describes an Operator interacting with a Vehicle to transport him/herself (and possibly others) from a Source to a Goal. The three primary stages are preparation for canonical operation, operation of the vehicle proper, and bringing the vehicle back to a state of rest, where it may continue to move but not in its typical fashion.
