A less-powerful person or group of people (the Activists) engages in an activity aimed to inconvenience or weaken a more powerful person or group (the Institution) to seek redress, in the form of a series of Demands, for the wrondgoings committed by the Instituion. The workers were striking for better wages and better benefits. The strike against the corporation lasted for 6 weeks.
