Victim

The Victim (typically an individual or structure) is targeted by the explosion or inadvertantly damaged by the explosion. May be indicated explicitly with on or against, but is often implied by place expressions, in which case the FE is indicated on the second layer. Minutes later assailants detonated a bomb against the walls of police headquarters.
