This FE indicates what subtype of the general category the Entity belongs to. When a subtype is signified by some more specific FE, like Formational_cause, we use that more specific FE instead of Type, so this FE is most often needed when there is a vague or unknown relation between a name that indicates the Type and the Type of Entity in question. This FE is normally found as a pre-nominal modifier. We use only d'Arbin pottery .
