Because it no longer functions adequately under the given circumstances, an Agent (or non-Agentive Cause) undertakes steps to change the structural makeup of a complex Entity with interdependent parts, for instance an institution or a system of laws. The Degree of change is typically gradual and partial rather than revolutionary and total. Note that with some LUs the Entity can be unexpressed when it is identical to the Agent. They want to reform the law on Sunday trading. At the same time , the government reformed the rating system as it applied to companies. This study investigates how and why the majority of large Slovak companies restructured without the help of foreign investors or a government. DNI
