In this frame an Evaluee is judged by a (usually implicit) Judge to be of a certain character based on her or his Behavior towards other human beings; a specific Affected_party may be overtly mentioned along with the Degree to which the Evaluee behaves appropriately towards others. TheBehavior alone may be mentioned with the understanding that these behaviors characterize a property of the unmentioned Evaluee. The Evaluee's Behavior may be in the context of a Topic.
